1. What Fincency is

Fincency is a personal money organiser that helps you record and view your own financial information and offers AI-generated suggestions. It is provided for information and educational purposes only.

2. Not financial advice

Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax, legal, credit or accounting advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any product. 3. AI suggestions

Suggestions are produced automatically by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing any suggestion and for any action you take or do not take.

4. Your account and data

• You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information.
• You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter or import. Calculations depend entirely on that data.
• Do not enter bank passwords, card numbers, PINs or OTPs.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the Service, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fincency, its owners and operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special loss or damage — including financial loss, missed payments, penalties, interest, lost profits or data loss — arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or any AI suggestion.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fincency and its operators from any claims arising from your use of the Service or breach of these Terms.

9. Changes and termination

We may change, suspend or discontinue the Service, or these Terms, at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
